On November 14, at a press conference, Sergey Menyaylo, the head of North Ossetia, said that 15 fighters from North Ossetia were in Ukrainian captivity.
According to him, all of them are included in the exchange list and will be exchanged according to the 96×96 scheme. "The exchange was supposed to take place at the end of October and is now expected shortly," he said.
Menyaylo also said that, together with the head of the administration of the head and the government, he regularly visits the NVO zone, and the military commissar also goes there. "This allows us to find out on the spot what our fighters need," the head of the federal republic noted. "Our detachments in the NVO zone have the best equipment and reconnaissance equipment," he said.
"All the families of those mobilized in North Ossetia received a one-time payment of 30,000 rubles [EUR 472], but this does not mean that there will be no more payments," Menyaylo said. In addition, the Ministry of Social Labor has issued social passports for all families of the mobilized soldiers. Based on this, additional support measures will be taken.
Menyaylo also answered a question about the draft dodgers who left for Georgia via Upper Lars. "The special operation will end with fulfilling the tasks set by the president. Then we will deal with them. In [North] Ossetia, there were only 1-2 cases when people refused to receive a summons. On the contrary, there were cases when a father followed a mobilized son or an older brother followed a younger one," he concluded.
