On December 1, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, participated in the 29th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), held in Lodz, Poland, the press offices of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministries reported. It should be noted that a few minutes before the event's start, Azerbaijan and Armenia's foreign affairs heads had a brief conversation.

The impact of popular perceptions of "friends" and "enemies," public comprehension of "friendly" and "unfriendly" governments and associated negative political trends on the development of Russian, European, and American (Western) trends in international relations was highlighted.

Call for Contributors: Caucasus Watch is looking for experts, journalists and fact-checking specialists!

“Caucasus Watch” is seeking local specialists from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and the North Caucasus region, to assist our research endeavours and help enrich our content.

“Caucasus Watch” is an independent platform, which provides coverage of recent developments in various locations of the Caucasus region for the German and overall European stakeholders. We are an international team of Caucasus enthusiasts and are currently looking for local contributors who focus on social, economic, political and security dynamics of the said region.
