Russian Foreign Ministry to Yerevan: "Criticism towards CSTO Does Not Contribute to Constructive Work"

Commenting on the issue of rallies in Yerevan demanding Armenia's withdrawal from the organization, Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that the criticism of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) voiced by individual politicians is not helpful and does not contribute to the search for mutually acceptable solutions.

Maria Zakharova refuses Lavrov's remarks on situation around Parukh/Farrukh

"The activities of the commission for the delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are in no way connected with the situation around the village in the Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh, which is in the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent," stated the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at a briefing on 15 June.
