Georgian and Polish Prime Ministers talk on the phone
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili spoke with his Polish counterpart Mateusz Morawiecki over the phone.
According to a news release from the Georgian government, the two officials discussed the security situation in Eastern Europe and the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine.
PM Garibashvili also spoke about Georgia's candidacy to join the European Union, emphasising the necessity of international partners' support in the process.
According to the same story, the PM stated that Georgia was banking on Poland's support on this route.
Georgian and Danish PMs held phone talks
Irakli Garibashvili, Georgia's PM, spoke by phone with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen of Denmark.
According to a news release from the Georgian government, the two discussed Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration, bilateral relations, and the continuing war in Ukraine.
According to the same article, Garibashvili spoke about Georgia's EU membership application and expressed his hope for Denmark's cooperation in the process.
According to the Georgian Government's press statement, the two officials also addressed the significance of collaborative international efforts to stop the war as soon as possible.
In her call with the Georgian counterpart, PM Frederiksen said in a tweet that she "emphasised Denmark's unequivocal support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity."
Georgian and Swedish FMs talk on the phone
Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani spoke by phone with Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde on Russia's aggression in Ukraine and Georgia's recent EU membership request.
According to a news statement from the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FM Zalkaliani emphasised the importance of Georgia obtaining EU candidate status and addressed progress on the EU integration road.
Georgia's top diplomat also discussed intentions to "completely and consistently" carry out the EU Association Agreement's commitments, which was inked in 2014.
In the call, the senior Swedish ambassador "reiterated Sweden's support for Georgia's territorial integrity and resilience," according to her tweet.
